QUALITY ASSURANCE

Quality is of primary importance at Air-Tech Environmental.  This is reflected in the expertise of all staff members, and this expertise is incorporated into every project from sampling to analysis to data interpretation and reporting.  Every project, large or small, is subjected to the same high level of scrutiny.  Steps that are employed to ensure that all data are of the highest quality and are defensible include:

• Preparation of a Test Plan / Quality Assurance Project Plan;

• Conducting a pre-test meeting with test team to assign individual responsibilities;

• Preparation of a packing list for all required sampling and analysis equipment and supplies;

• Implementation of routine equipment maintenance and calibration;

• Review of data sheets to ensure completeness and accuracy before leaving job site;

• Conducting three levels of internal data / report review;

• Providing routine project status reports to the clients; 

• Working diligently with certified laboratories to ensure that their data quality meets ours; and

• Providing SES "Qualified" personnel.

All of the above is predicated on clear and concise "up-front" communication with the client as to project objectives and schedule.

TRAINING AND EDUCATION

Another key component of quality is training and education.  The senior staff at Air-Tech provides instruction to junior staff members in the procedures of testing methods not only as to how, but why.  Senior staff members attend conferences and seminars to keep abreast of new technologies and new regulations and to meet informally with industrial and governmental leaders to discuss their needs.
